  • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): When Harvey is waiting for the judge outside the court house, Harvey hands the judge a complaint (paper) that is on top of an envelope but when the scene shot changes toward the judge the complaint paper is no longer visible.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): When Harvey and Louis are arguing about Harvey's promotion to senior partner, Harvey's suit is first not buttoned when he stands up from the couch, but it becomes buttoned after while Harvey's hands never left his pockets.
  • Episode 03 - Goof (factual errors): At Mike's dinner - the bill is broken down with a subtotal of $8561.04, tax of $385.24 (4.5%), gratuity of $1712.20 (20%) and a total of $10568.48. The combined city/state tax rate on food and beverages in New York City is 8.875%, not 4.5% as the subtotal indicates.
  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): During the urine sample scene, the door to the bathroom switches from closed to open several times during the discussion about Mike's briefcase.
  • Episode 11 - Goof (plot holes): Harvey is subpoenaed to appear before a grand jury. But when he is actually questioned it's in the form of a deposition, not before a grand jury.
