Summary: Robert decides to use Rittenhouse's Ethics committee after the parents of Siamese twins refuse to separate the two little girls. Meanwhile, Peter thinks a woman might have a severe virus after she shows up with a strange rash on her arm and Lana is put in charge of Rittenhouse's new Safety and Emergency Plan.
