Episode 11 - Goof (factual errors): When Lt. Colonel Mitchell is walking and talking with Dr Jackson on the Sodan planet, he tells him that he spent 2 weeks with them, however when he did live with them, it was mentions that he had been gone for at least 6 weeks.
Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): When Walter dials a random planet so Mitchell and T'ealc can destroy the Ancient communication device, the address changes during the camera shot when chevron 7 locks.
Episode 18 - Goof (continuity error): When Carter and Mitchell are walking down the hall just after being transported to an alternate dimension, one of the people they pass can be seen moving out of the way.
