Season 6 Trivia

  • Episode 01 - Goof (continuity error): When Carter calls up the Gate diagnostics, she asks for a 50% then a 200% increase. This adds up to 450% of normal yet the screen shows 'X200' or 200 times (19900%) of normal.
  • Episode 21 - Goof (factual errors): During the operation on Jonas, the neuro-surgeon is wearing only protective goggles over her eyes and she is always standing fully upright. In delicate surgery, such as that on Jonas, the surgeon would have been much closer and would have had magnifying lens, looking like miniature telescope
  • Episode 08 - John Billingsley appears as a nerdish scientist who is a trekkie. He talks about "worshiping at the altar of Roddenberry", and at one point when it appears he will die he says "I might as well be wearing a red shirt" (a reference to [url=/shows/star_trek]S
  • Episode 01 - Colonel O'Neill's knee injury in this episode was due to an injury to actor Richard Dean Anderson. He hurt his knee when he slipped while carrying his 3-year-old daughter just a few days before production on Season Six commenced.
  • Episode 03 - The character of Lt Dagwood is played by Stargate SG-1 director Peter DeLuise, and is a tribute to the character he played ('Seaman Dagwood') in the TV series "SeaQuest DSV" (1993).
