TALK Stargate SG-1 (Give your review)

fatalerror98753 Nov 23, 2008 10:48AM	This past august i saw the original Stargate movie i then proceeded to download all of Atlantis and sg1 unfortunately i watched season 1 of Atlantis before i even started sg1 so i had to go back. But in at most 2 months i watched all of SG-1 and the movies and caught up to the current season of Atlantis which I'm now following as it airs. This show is amazing and i have loved all of it (with the exception of Stargate-Continuum that movie kinda bothered me i didn't hate it but i cant say i love it like the rest of Stargate) To anyone who's wondering hmm should i watch this show YES do it watch all of it you won't be disappointed.	+0

mekon Feb 15, 2008 3:18PM	I'm a SciFi fan and Stargate SG.1 is my favourite show (along with all the StarTreks). The episodes display such imagination and ingenuity. I especially love all the alien races encountered in the series. It's well worth watching.	+8

romeo53 Feb 3, 2008 2:07AM	the best sci-fi show ever 10 seasons long one of the greats.for anybody who has'nt seen this show put it down as a much watch great cast and locations with many alien races and the old fasioned goodies vs the badies highly enjoyable now with the first movie finished and a wrap to the ori story line it will be interesting to see what happens in the next movie	+4
lebadboy Jan 24, 2008 7:20AM	As much as RDA brought to the show originally, I personally had long ago become tired of his relentless self-parodying ignorance. His departure has allowed the series to get back to excitement & drama without using O'Neill as little more than a comedy role	+1

bekim Jan 15, 2008 11:42AM	StarGate SG1 are the Ultimate Sci-Fi series and real enjoyment to watch. They are the favorite series to the most of the Sci-Fi Gurus in the past decade. The creators of the series have tried with their best to make it realistic with certain links to spirituality and based it on scientific concepts, gracefully interpreted by Major Carter. The characters of Daniel Jackson and Kapetan later Major Samanta Carter are the most challenging and interesting to follow. With season 9 and 10 reached their peak especially with the ancients, ories, and ascension of human individuals that have reached certain level of their progress and evolution. Quite interesting ideas and a huge level of creativity are presented in almost each episode. It has interesting and sudden shifts of course of the story and it is quite interesting to try to predict the end. Certainly recommended for those that usually can predict what will happen at the end of the episode, here you definitely can not.	+2
shweshan Jan 14, 2008 6:18PM	The oly down side is that as the series progressed, O'Neil seemed to get more stupid. originally it was supposed to be an act. It seems this was quickly forgotten. Still a great show. Often have SG1 weekends when we sit down to watch 10 years worth. That's dedication for you.	+1

banmrk Oct 26, 2007 5:22AM	I love this show, been collecting it on dvd since the start. I think what made it excellent was that the bad guys won most of the battles. Ok, sg1 kicked arse on most conquest but overall the Goa'uld is a race that seems to beat the odds. Looking at a preview from gateworld on one of the films being released, it's yet again the Goa'uld that seems to make things worse. The way they made is related to egypt was great, when the news of this program being cancelled was a sad day. But saying that, the films are coming so may be it will be better. Just love this show and think the new series with shanks is going to be interesting also. All stargate adventures, no matter what series is excellent.	+5
