Summary: SG-1 goes back to a planet called Madrona after an initial contact where they found out about the existence of an interesting artifact that can control the weather, but when they get there they are accused of stealing the device. SG-1 finds out that the device is somewhere on Earth and that it is the work of a secret organization.
