MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: The defibrillator can't discharge while the heart is still beating. It has an internal circuit that detects the heartbeat, and the discharge takes place in sync with the heartbeat and only if it is necessary.
CONT: The rear gate to the puddle jumper is blown open (not off) to allow the escaping air to push it through the stargate, yet when the jumper appears in the Atlantis gate room, the door is not down, and would not have been able to retract while passing through the wormhole.
