Summary: Stardate: Unknown

Chakotay finds himself in a boxing ring and in a boxing match.

However, he soon finds he is moving back and forth in different realities, in Voyager’s attempt to communicate with a strange alien race.

Mistakes/Goofs

Goof (continuity error): In the final scene, Chakotay and Janeway are talking outside the holodeck. Chakotay's hand-wraps are white. When the scene shifts to the holodeck, his wraps are yellow.

47 reference: at the 38:10 mark the readout on the Doctor's monitor reads Micro-Cellular scan 407 and the readings below at 14 and 47.
The announcement "Begin round one" is spoken by the computer a total of nine times.
Once again, Ray Walston reprises his role as Boothby (the grounds-keeper from Starfleet Academy), this time as a holodeck character. Oddly enough, Walston has never actually played the real Boothby in the Voyager series - only as duplicates... a holodeck character in this episode, and, as a Species 8472 copy in "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) {In the Flesh (#5.4)}.
