Summary: Stardate: Unknown Kes finds herself in her own apparent future after the Doctor puts her in a bio-temporal chamber as she nears death. However, she then finds herself jumping back in time to earlier and earlier periods of time in her life.Can she discover a way to get back to her own time, and a way to cure whatever had put her near death?

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Kes is born, she has human ear lobes.
CONT: The Doctor says "There isn't another Ocampan onboard to compare with", however there are two others, Kes's Daughter Linnis and her Grandson Andrew.

TRIVIA

Includes the third of many times Janeway "dies" during the series as observed by Kes during a Krenim attack.
First appearance of Kes' longer hair style instead of the very short hair style from seasons 1, 2, and part of 3. Jennifer Lien, the actress who played Kes, was apparently sensitive to the make-up and adhesive used to apply her Ocampa ears. With the longer hairstyle, it was no longer necessary to apply the Ocampa ears each time she was filmed.
The crew in this show seems to have disregarded the Temporal Prime Directive, as they keep asking what Kes experienced in the future.
The events of "The Gift", complicate matters. In that particular script, Kes throws Voyager nearly 10,000 light years away from Borg space whereby they encounter the Krenim Imperium several months later. However, there is no discernible evidence to indicate how Voyager traversed those 10,000 light years and was still able to enter Krenim space.
This episode references the future two-parter (beginning "Star Trek: Voyager" (1995) {Year of Hell: Part 1 (#4.8)}) where the Krenim attack Voyager, and the Chronoton torpedo lodges in the hull at the same place and has the same temporal variance in both instances, only Seven of Nine is on-board, not Kes.
