Summary: Stardate: Unknown Tom Paris is found guilty of murder by the courts of an unknown planet - and his punishment is to relive the crime from the victim's point of view every 14 hours for the rest of his life. Janeway is convinced of his innocence, but the mental implant in Paris' brain prevents him from remembering what really happened.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

FAKE: The small dog belonging to Lidele Ren is referred to as a "she". Yet when the dog playfully stands up on it's hind legs near the end of the episode, it is clearly male.
CHAR: When Tuvok is interrogating Mrs. Ren, they identify Tuvok's rank as Lieutenant. However, according to his collar pips, he has the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
