Star Trek: Voyager - 01x04 Time and Again

Summary: Stardate: Unknown Upon entering a red dwarf system, Voyager is jarred by a massive shockwave. The crew soon discover that the origin of the shockwave is a planet where all life has been destroyed. Janeway, Tuvok, Torres, and Paris beam down to the planet and begin their investigation. However, when Janeway and Paris try to beam off of the planet, they are thrown back into the past. There, they come into contact with the planet’s civilization that would be annihilated within hours.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

MISC: Near the end, a "time piece" (a watch) is shown, advancing from 401:21:09 to 401:21:00 instead of 401:21:10.
PLOT: The universal translator is in the Voyager crew's comm badges. However, the comm badges worn by Janeway and Paris are confiscated by the "terrorists" part way through this episode and they end up leaving them behind, yet Janeway and Paris have no trouble communicating with the indigenous people without these devices in the latter half of this episode.
