Episode 08 - Goof (continuity error): When Riker and Ethan are hiding, Ethan shows off his plans of the base, which are on transparent plastic. In a close-up shot, however, the plans have changed into onionskin paper.
Episode 01 - While the Battle of Wolf 359 went unseen due to budgetary reasons, portions of the battle were recreated two and a half years later for the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine pilot.
Episode 24 - Goof (factual errors): The title of the episode, as displayed within the episode itself, is missing the apostrophe, making it grammatically incorrect.
Episode 02 - Jack Crusher appears in the hologram wearing a Starfleet uniform from the TOS films but without the undershirt that had trapunto collar and cuffs and with a Star Trek: The Next Generation-era com-badge.
