Summary: Stardate: 47225.7 Data has a bad dream, which soon becomes a real-life nightmare for the Enterprise crew.

	Season 7 / Episode 6: - Phantasms Lt. Cmdr. Data: Perhaps Dr. Freud was correct. The knife I dreamed about is the embodiment of my unconscious desire to inflict violence. Counselor Deanna Troi: Data, even Freud said: sometimes a cigar is just a cigar.

DATE: The 24th century seems to use the metric system exclusively. They use Celsius and meters throughout the whole series. However, Dr. Crusher says, in the senior staff meeting, that "We'll collapse into nothing but a few pounds of chemicals", but the metric unit for weight is the gram.

Nine months have passed since Data discovered his dream program.
The Warp Core that brought the parasites aboard was manufactured on a planet called Thanatos VII. Thanatos refers to the Freudian concept of the "Death Drive".
Admiral Nakamura appears for the first time since episode #2.9. He would also appear in the series finale.
One of the few uses of Steadicam in the series, during Data's dream sequences.
One of the few Trek episodes edited by the BBC. The scene in the turbolift when Data stabs Deanna was trimmed to remove the actual amount of stabbing. It had caused some upset among US audiences.
