Summary: As Enterprise heads for the red giant star that Archer believes to be the location of the Xindi weapon, the ship encounters a massive spatial distortion. They discover a small craft within the anomaly and pull it to safety. Inside the craft, they find an unconscious alien being hooked up to monitoring equipment. The alien, notes Phlox, is suffering from rapid cellular degeneration. Once revived, the alien insists on being returned to his ship, but Archer can't help but be suspicious of his motives.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: In one shot, Dr. Phlox hands T'Pol a dish with handles on the side. In the immediate next shot, T'Pol's hands have completely changed position.

TRIVIA

Episode #3.15, "Harbinger", contained the first Star Trek nude scene presented in a sexual context (an episode of TNG did show a nude woman, but it was in the context of an art class, and both Troi women, from the back). The episode aired in the United States on 11 February 2004 during the height of controversy over Janet Jackson (I) exposing a breast during the Super Bowl halftime show, on a network owned by CBS (which was taking heat for the incident). As a result, the scene in which T'Pol's rear end is exposed was censored. Canadian broadcasts, however, were uncensored.
