Summary: Jake Sisko's plans to set his father up with a woman ("Explorers") becomes a reality as Kasidy Yates, a freighter captain, has returned to Deep Space Nine. All that is needed is for Commander Sisko to make the first move. In Quark's, a representative from the Ferengi Commerce Authority stops by and places a "writ of accountability" sign on Quark's front door. It seems that his mother has been making profit.
