Star Trek: Deep Space Nine - 01x09 The Passenger

Summary: The DS9 Runabout Rio Grande, with Major Kira and Dr. Bashir onboard, responds to a distress call from a Kobliad ship. The Major and Doctor are able to save one of the three passengers. The surviving Kobliad, a security officer, requests that the body of one of the dead be thoroughly examined to verify beyond a reasonable doubt that the man, Vantika, is indeed dead. Vantika had been headed to DS9 to intercept a shipment of deuridium arriving at the station from the Gamma Quadrant before he had been captured by Kobliad security.
