Episode 08 - Goof (boom mic visible): In the very first scene as Harry Pearce is briefing the team in Thames House about Tiresius, The boom mic is clearly visible as the camera moves from Jo Portman to Lucas North
Episode 05 - The code used by Ben to access Maynell's computer system is "koudelka_68", almost certainly a reference to Josef Koudelka who is particularly famous for his photographs of the Soviet invasion of Czechoslovakia in 1968.
Episode 06 - Goof (factual errors): In the tunnel, when exchanging the memory stick, the phone Ros uses is a satellite phone. There is no way a satellite phone would work underground.
Episode 01 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Lucas translates his tattoo "Dum Spiro Spero" as "While I live, I hope," but it should more accurately be translated "While I BREATHE, I hope."
Episode 05 - Goof (factual errors): The MI5 file shown to the agents in the briefing indicates that Meynell's mother is Lenka Vesely. Czech women's names (even after marriage) almost always end in 'a' or 'ova'. The correct name should be Lenka Vesela. 'Meynell' itself is not a Czech name.
