Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (factual errors): Sarah Caulfield uses the cover name "Violet Franklin", saying that "Franklin" was her favorite American President. In a later episode, it is revealed that she tends to use the last names of presidents as cover names. There are no presidents with the last name Franklin. The exception might be that she was using the first name of president, either Franklin D. Roosevelt or Franklin Pierce.
- Goof (revealing mistake): When Lucas is in the strip club, a close-up shot of a newspaper article is shown (20:51). In the article, the first paragraph in the first column is repeated in the second column, obviously copy/pasted to quickly produce a longer "article" for the prop newspaper.
