Summary: No Free Rides: After SpongeBob fails his boating test, Mrs. Puff gives him extra credit for an essay so she won't have to deal with him anymore, but later regrets giving him his boating license. She decides to steal his boat so he has nothing to drive, but it turns out to be harder than she thought.I'm you Biggest Fanatic: SpongeBob meets his idol, Kevin, and together they go jellyfishing. SpongeBob hopes this will get him into Kevin's exclusive club, "The Jellyspotters."
