Summary: Kyle's parents forbid him to go to a concert, so on Cartman's advice he calls the police and tells them his parents molested him. The other kids notice Kyle enjoying the freedom he has with his parents in jail, so they all do the same. Soon, the adults are all in jail and the town is controlled by children - something that is very spooky to a couple whose car breaks down in South Park.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Cartman throws a stone and breaks a window. A moment later, Stan steps forward and we see his POV - the window is no longer broken.
CONT: A moment after Linda asks, "What is that?," her legs are shown to be blue, but they return to normal color when the toy truck passes by her again.

TRIVIA

Originally, the ending was going to have Cartman block out the sun in Smiley Town. However, because Trey Parker (I) and Matt Stone (I) were informed by Kyle McCulloch (I) that it was done in "The Simpsons" (1989) (Season 6, Episode 25), the idea was scrapped.
"Spaceman Spiff" (Mark's nickname for Craig) comes from the discontinued comic strip Calvin and Hobbes.
The "following hot presentation for mature audiences only" is a Terrence and Phillip presentation. You can see the tops of their heads when Cartman stands in front of the TV.
