Summary: Mr. Garrison's class gets a new student named Timmy. Not realizing Timmy is handicapped, Mr. Mackey suspects he has ADD and excuses him from school work. When the other kids see this, they claim to have ADD too. Soon, every kid in South Park is on Ritalin. Timmy becomes the lead singer of local band, "Lords of the Underworld," which offends singer Phil Collins.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

MISC: The overhead shot of Skyler after he and his band win the Battle of the Bands shows the curtains drawn wrong.
CONT: Mark was the drummer in "Cat Orgy," not Jonesy.
SYNC: When Chef tells the doctor and pharmacist about the kids going to see Phil Collins in concert, the same voice comes out of both men.
CONT: When Chef is in the pharmacy, the door in the background is open in one shot, magically closed in the next, and then open again!

TRIVIA

The question that Timmy fails to answer and leads to his diagnosis of ADD is: "what was the color of Gatsby's car". This is not as capricious as it first appears, as the color of Gatsby's car (yellow) is actually fairly important to the plot of “The Great Gatsby”.
"Bu-bu-budio" is a spoof of Phil Collins's 1985 hit song "Sussudio."
Trey Parker (I) and Matt Stone (I) put an Oscar-wielding Phil Collins parody in this episode mainly because Collins had beat them at the Oscars in the category 'Best Original Song' earlier.
