Summary: The kids must give a presentation on current events to prove that Mr. Garrison has actually taught them something. The boys are assigned to work with Tweek, who is sure that gnomes are stealing his underpants. Meanwhile, Tweek's dad uses their project to promote his own personal cause.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: At the start of the episode, Tweek Bros. is three doors to the right of Tom's Rhinoplasty. When Mr. Tweek asks his son how the oral report went, Tweek Bros. is across the street from Tom's Rhinoplasty. The exterior walls are also a darker brown than before, but the original color quickly returns.
CONT: The Harbucks logo design changes constantly.
FACT: On the flag, the star design is wrong, and there's a star missing on the second row from the bottom.
