Summary: Stan, Kyle, and Kenny go with Cartman to visit his grandmother for Christmas. While they are there, Cartman's Uncle Howard breaks out of jail with his cellmate, Charlie Manson, and the two of them hide from the police in the basement.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Manson walks past the bookshelf in the cell "Observations from the Forest" is much smaller than "Are You There God? It's Me. Manson," but when he goes to bed, "Observations from the Forest" is bigger than "Are You There God? It's Me. Manson."
CONT: When Uncle Howard is first introduced via TV, the TV screen is clean. When he retorts that he doesn't look good, the smear of chocolate Elvin's fudgesicle is to leave on the TV is already there. Soon after, Elvin throws his fudgesicle at a clean screen, and the smear reappears.
FAIR: A book written by Charlie Manson is shown written "By Charles W. Manson." Manson's middle name was Milles. However, he unofficially changed his middle name to Willes, so if said slowly his name would sound as follows "Carles' Will is Man's Son". This was written in Vincent Bugliosi's book "Helter Skelter".
CONT: When the boys go to see Mr Hankey at the mall in Nebraska, characters who should be back in Colorado (in South Park) can be seen in the crowd of children, including Butters, Craig and Token.
CONT: When the family and friends are seated at table, Kenny sits between Kyle and Great-Grandma. But when Kyle holds Great-Grandma's catheter bag, Kenny is no longer between them. He's back between them when the camera shows the whole table again.

TRIVIA

The last two acts of It's a Wonderful Life (1946) are reversed in the spoof Manson is watching. Bailey's walk through Main Street should precede his realizing that Mary is real.
