Summary: The kids discover that Kyle is Jewish, and therefore doesn't celebrate Christmas. Kyle suggests he could still participate in the annual Christmas play by singing a song about Mr. Hankey the Christmas poo, but since nobody else believes in talking poo, Kyle is committed to a mental institution. Meanwhile, Christmas is in danger of being completely ruined when the town wipes all the spirituality out of the holiday to avoid offending anyone.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: After Mr. Hankey comes out of his box on stage, he fails to leave stains wherever he walks, except when he kisses Kyle.
CHAR: Mrs. Broflovski complains that Kyle is playing Joseph of Arimathea in the nativity. She is thinking of the wrong Joseph. Joseph of Nazareth was married to Mary; Joseph of Arimathea was the man who gave up his tomb so that Jesus could be buried there.
CONT: When the kids rush out into the falling snow, Wendy is right behind Kenny, only her beret is gone and her hair is red.

TRIVIA

The lyrics Kyle sings in "The Dreydel Song," "Second verse, same as the first," come from the hit song by 'Hermans Hermits called "I'm Henry VIII, I Am."
Shortly after Mr. Hankey reveals himself at the school play, Token can be seen in the crowd with black hands, his usual shirt, but the head of a white child.
