Summary: The boys want to breed Kyle's new elephant and Cartman's pot-bellied pig to create a tiny, pot-bellied elephant. They hope to create a terrific pet and win the school science fair. They visit Mephesto, a genetic engineer, for advice, but find that Chef knows best when it comes to breeding. Meanwhile, Stan's sister is making his life a living hell.

In the first-season episode that Pip is introduced, "An Elephant Makes Love to a Pig," it is revealed that Pip's real name is Phillip Pirrip, but his infantile tongue could only pronounce "Pip," thus his name. This is a reference to Charles Dickens' "Great Expectations" main character, Pip.
