Goof (factual errors): Tom refers to Leo's release from police custody on a "bench warrant". A bench warrant is a judicial order for an arrest, not a release. Tom may have meant a "desk appearance ticket" but if so that contradicts the statement that Leo was not arrested, since an appearance ticket is an arrest.
