- In the first show, the set (both the school and the home) is the same as the one used in Boy Meets World
- During this episode, it is announced on the television that New Orleans is playing Indianapolis in the Super Bowl. Twelve years later, New Orleans plays their first Super Bowl. Coincidentally, it is against Indianapolis in Super Bowl XLIV (2010) (TV).
