MISTAKES/GOOFS

PLOT: The legal age to enter a strip club or dance at one is 18, so Clark, Chloe, and Lois are all of legal age despite what the police say.
CONT: When Clark first enters the club, the stripper on stage is taking her top off, then in the next shots of her, she stills has her top on
PLOT: Clark prints a copy of Lois' fake passport, however the picture in the passport couldn't have possibly been taken or gotten, since the men trying to smuggle Lois just met her and had no records of her.

TRIVIA

Tom Wopat (Senator Jennings) starred with John Schneider (I) (Jonathan Kent) in "The Dukes of Hazzard" (1979). The episode contains several references to that series.
Lois's fake passport name is Margot Neill, a reference to Margot Kidder and Noel Neill, actresses who previously played the role of Lois Lane.
The driving stunts are actually performed by John Schneider (I) and not by a stunt man.
