Knowing that Lex will discover his secret if he regains his memory, Clark tries to stop him but is caught by Lionel and the doctor and exposed to the same radical treatment so that Lionel can solve the mystery of Clark's past...

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: When Lionel Luthor shows Clark the video clip of Belle Reve from “Asylum” (3.09), Lex says "I know your secret Clark". However, in “Asylum” he simply states "I know your secret".

TRIVIA

Continuity: In this episode Lex mentions how he found Clark asleep in the middle of Route 8 one night last year, this occurred in the episode, "Rosetta."
According to Martha, Clark's first word was "Lara", the name of his Kryptonian Biological mother as revealed in "Memoria".
