Summary: The station is being looked over by Internal Affairs, and Trunk has gone through great lengths to avoid the sight or mention of Hammer. Trouble starts when Hammer "brings in the trash" (a suspect chained up by the neck). Although appalled by Hammer's actions, IA and the rest of the station soon have other problems; the man Hammer brought in is part of a cult who have decided to lay siege to the station.
