Episode 11 - The only episode not to show the face of the deceased in the opening teaser (it's a newborn baby who dies of Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS)).
Episode 06 - According to the Six Feet Under obituaries, Mr. Jones' first name is Arthur.
Episode 10 - Goof (continuity error): When Billy is having a breakdown and throwing things in the pool, his father's shirt switches from having water stains to not from shot to shot.
Episode 08 - The only episode where the deceased in the opening teaser was handled by Federico, but not the Fishers (he embalmed a decapitated woman at Kroehner International).
Episode 04 - Goof (incorrectly regarded as a mistake): The newspaper notice that Tracy Blair crosses off after leaving the funeral home lists Manuel Bolin's cause of death as "heart failure", but he was shot. The family may however have chosen to lie about Manuel's death to try to hide their shame of his gang
