A third episode scheduled to air in Canada on September 15, 2010 was preempted and the following week the fourth episode was aired leaving the third episode unaired leaving many plot holes and unexplained developments.
An early pilot for Shattered was produced but never aired. Contributors to the pilot episode include Bobby Roth (Director), Gregory Middleton (Cinematographer), Ian D. Thomas (Production Designer), Cheryl Marion (Art Director), and actors Colin Cunningham, Quinn Lord, Gabrielle Rose, and John Cassini.
Goof (plot holes): For the initial network run in Canada the parent network CanWest Global showed the episodes out of order and skipped three entire episodes and rushed to the final thirteenth episode.
