Summary: Throwing a house-warming party is harder than expected for Shaggy & Scooby-doo, especially when their neighbor, Mr. H., wants nothing more than to see them leave. The two decide that Robi's constant mess-ups are the reason that the house-warming party isn't working out as planned. Luckily, they receive a call from Agent 2... I mean Bill that says S & S won a Robi-esque robot named ART. When Agent 2 and ART come to the party, hilarity, and possibly distruction, are to come.
