Sex and the City - 03x01 Where's There's Smoke...

Summary: The women attend the New York City Fire Department's Calendar Contest in Staten Island. There, Samantha meets her dream hunk but their time together is cut short. Carrie meets Bill Kelley, a politician, who tries to make the move on her. Charlotte declares that she'll get married before the end of the year, then goes on a date with Arthur. Miranda refuses to have help after having laser surgery.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CHAR: Firefighting host says Ricky (firefighter) is a Capricorn but he tells Samantha his birthday's in October. For him to be a Capricorn he'd have to be born in December/January.
FACT: After Carrie goes to Staten Island to see the politician at his dinner function, she just misses "the last ferry" and is rescued by him and taken back to the city. The Staten Island Ferry runs 24 hours a day.
