This is the second time that Big and Carrie break up. The last time was in the season 1 finale.
When Carrie says to Miranda that is very George Michael of her to have sex in a public restroom, she is referring to the time in 1998 when Michael was arrested for lewd contact in such a place in Beverly Hills. The incident effectively outed Michael to the general public as being gay.
