Goof (continuity error): When Rosen is talking to Marcus outside the site of the fire, Marcus' collar alternates between popped up and turned down.
Goof (continuity error): When Rosen picks up the quarter from the chess table, it's one of the state quarters (Virginia). Assuming Rachel is analyzing the same coin, it's mistakenly switched to an eagle quarter.

Goof (factual errors): (at around 5 mins) The device used to remove data from a tablet computer is actually a popular Voice Over Internet Protocol (VOIP) product called "Magic Jack", which is used to make voice phone calls over a broadband Internet connection.
Goof (continuity error): When Bill is watching the surveillance video of himself and closes his notebook it switches between closed and off to open and playing, from one shot to another.
Goof (continuity error): When Bill and Gary are talking prior to Bill reaching into the sewer, Bill removes his suit jacket but at one point when the camera is focused on Gary your can see Bill's shoulder with his jacket still on.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Dr. Rosen incorrectly explains "proprioception", implying that it's a kind of psychic sense that alerts people when someone else is watching them. In reality, proprioception refers to any sense located entirely within the body (rather than originating externally, like vision and hearing); in particular, the sense of where parts of the body are located relative to each other (such as whether an arm is flexed or extended, or to the left or the right). Occasionally, as a result of brain damage, people lose their sense of proprioception, which makes everyday tasks like walking and eating very difficult. People without proprioception can only walk by carefully watching the positions of their legs, since they can't feel whether their feet are on the ground or off.
Goof (revealing mistake): Early in the episode, while Clay's team is photographing old newspaper clippings on Rosen's wall, the second article, titled "Arrested", is filler latin "Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit, .....", while the first one had "real" content.
