Dr. Todd Quinlan: Then what did I do?

Mistakes/Goofs
- Goof (continuity error): When Turk realizes, that he was hitting J.D.'s arm, he stops with his fist raised. In a next cut, from behind his back, his hand is open, with fingers apart. In a next cut en face he still has fist raised.
Trivia
- Dr. Turner, who gets teamed up with Hooch for surgery, is played by Tom Hanks's brother Jim Hanks - presumably a reference to the Tom Hanks film Turner & Hooch
- The name "Mildred W." can be seen at the top of the white board. Mildred W. is the grandmother of writer David Louis Feinberg.
