MISTAKES/GOOFS

FACT: The flag in the radio station is hanging incorrectly; the blue field should be in the upper left corner, not the upper right. This mistake is common in both Hollywood and the real world.
FACT: The radio station has the call letters KKTY. These call letters are actually assigned to a station in Wyoming.
FAKE: When Slater gives Zack the money that he wants to donate, you can see that he has no money in his hands when gives it to Zack.
DATE: KKTY was shut down in 1968. However, when Zach and Screech reopen the room there is a poster on the wall of the Doors album "LA Woman", which was released in May 1971.
