Sagwa, the Chinese Siamese Cat

In China a magistrate and his wife live in a palace. With them is a family of cats held in high regard by all citizens. Sagwa is the eldest sibling. She explores the world and learns as much as she can about her purpose in life. When the magistrate needs assistance the cats are often called upon to make official scrolls so Sagwa’s parents insist she practices often. Much to Sagwa's chagrin.
