Episode 04 - Goof (factual errors): The Canadians traveling to Cuba for backstreet plastic surgery wouldn't have needed to do so - all health care in Cuba is free, of any sort and even for foreigners, and it has one of the best services in the world, according to the WHO.
Episode 15 - The fire seen on the ground after the explosion, while Hank is speaking with the reporter, was created using a flammable jelly.
