Goof (continuity error): April's nail color changes inexplicably throughout the episode. During the scene at Boris' party and afterwards that evening, April is shown with black nail varnish. The next morning when she arrives at Evan and Hank's motel room, her nails are unpainted or clear. She is later shown inside the motel room waving, touching up her make-up, and doing other things with her hands, revealing that her nails are still unpainted or clear. However, when Devya knocks on the door, April answers it, laying her right hand along the door jamb and revealing that her nails are now painted black again.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Hank and the helicopter EMS crew move Tucker up from the rear of the helicopter to load him in. EMS personnel do not ever approach a helicopter from the rear. This puts them out of the sight of the pilot, and more importantly, brings them right by the tail rotor, which can be extremely dangerous.
Goof (continuity error): Hank is called to Tucker Bryant's house because of a car accident. First two small blood stains on Tucker's shirt can be seen, which he tells Hank is his girlfriend's blood. In the next scene you see an additional and much larger stain appear, but Tucker has no open wounds which would cause this.
Goof (continuity error): In the scene while Zack is foaming at the mouth, the foam leaked out of his mouth in different amounts between cuts.
Goof (continuity error): When Evan joins his father to complete a foursome for a golf game, he's wearing a green-themed argyle golf outfit. When he arrives back home after the game, he's wearing a different, green-themed argyle-and-plaid golf outfit.
Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Jill misidentifies Donald Green's character, the Garbage Collector, as "the Trash Collector".
Goof (factual errors): The Canadians traveling to Cuba for backstreet plastic surgery wouldn't have needed to do so - all health care in Cuba is free, of any sort and even for foreigners, and it has one of the best services in the world, according to the WHO.
Goof (continuity error): When Divya is speaking to Kim about how many aspirins she has taken so far, the position of her hand on the wine glass changes, in one moment she is holding the glass at the stem, the next by the bowl.
Goof (revealing mistake): During the final flashback, the image of a younger Henry Winkler's head is rather clumsily superimposed onto the stand-in's body; it slides around in a thoroughly unconvincing manner.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): Before Oliver is supposed to make his speech when Hank and Tucker are talking, his mouth doesn't match what it said on screen.
Goof (continuity error): The General's check jumps from hand to hand between shots.
Goof (continuity error): In the final scene on the beach, the towel on Eddie's chair keeps changing position.
Goof (revealing mistake): In the last scene Hank is driving to JFK, but he is driving in the oncoming lanes. The white and yellow stripes are reversed; white is always on the right. The signs are on the wrong side of the road and small one is pointing the wrong way. Also, you can tell that the distance sign is CGI.
Goof (continuity error): After Hank gets the call from Divya when she is at the airport, you see hank grab the keys to Divya's car. But then when you see him driving, he is in his own convertible.
Goof (continuity error): After examining Marisa, Divvya removes her left latex glove twice.
Goof (revealing mistake): On the computer screen it reads "Es ist nicht ihr" which is, "It's not her," literally translated but nobody would say that and it is not what she heard. She heard, "Das ist sie nicht," which is correct German and has the same translation.
Goof (audio/visual unsynchronized): Concert Scene: Drummer's action doesn't match the soundtrack ... at all.
Goof (continuity error): When Hank moves to draw blood Boris drops his jacket on a couch. After a cut he drops his jacket again.
Goof (continuity error): After Paige confesses to formerly being hefty Evan's hand leaps behind his head between shots.
