Bad boys, bad boys, watcha gonna do? Here's what these cops are gonna do: throw them in jail. Co-created by Michael Mann, the gritty "RHD" plays like a spin-off of Mann's "Heat," centering around a dynamo detective (Tom Sizemore, who costarred in "Heat" and knows a thing-or-two about run-ins with the law) targeting L.A.'s worst-of-the-worst.
