• Episode 06 - Goof (boom mic visible): Maura Isles mentions a devotion to Leonhard Euler and an admiration of the mathematical constant 'e' (the base for natural logarithms). However, she mispronounces his name. She pronounces it as "yooler" (as if it rhymed with "ruler") when, in fact, it is correct
• Episode 09 - Goof (factual errors): Dad asks for a j trap and is handed a p trap fitting. Also, something a plumber would spot.
• Episode 09 - Goof (factual errors): When the dad (a plumber) is telling the son to re-solder a pipe, he says it will leak under pressure. The pipe he is talking about is a drain pipe, which is not under pressure- something any plumber would know.
• Episode 09 - Goof (continuity error): Rizzoli holds a drawing in her hand while she's going into the building where the suspect might have lived. Once she is in the building, the drawing, which is too big to be folded and put in her pocket, has disappeared.
• Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): Jane has the peanut butter and fluff sandwich box when she goes into brick and sits down to listen to what Frost found, but when the screen cuts back to Jane, the sandwich box is gone.
