Lister: Rimmer, ALIENS used our bog roll?

Season 2 Trivia

Episode 02 - Goof (plot holes): When consoling Rimmer over his father's death, Lister mentions that his father died when he was 6 years old, but in the Series Seven episode Ouroboros, Lister was abandoned as a baby.
Episode 03 - Goof (continuity error): When Lister and Cat drop the gravestone, they both grab their left legs, but Cat has the cast on his right leg later.
Episode 01 - Goof (miscellaneous): When Lister is wearing his foul-smelling moon boots, it seems as though Rimmer can smell them due to his expression and Lister telling him his eyes are watering, even though he denies it. As a hologram, Rimmer shouldn't be able to smell.
Episode 06 - Goof (continuity error): When the male Lister and Rimmer are in the sleeping quarters of the parallel universe Red Dwarf, a certificate for Arnold Rimmer is on the wall by the window, when it should read Arlene Rimmer.
Episode 02 - Goof (revealing mistake): When Rimmer is buried up to his neck in the sand, a close-up shows the sand moving as he speaks, indicating that it's only a thin layer.
