Summary: Continuing from the last episode, Reba now is working at Brock's dental office. She loved the job, but she soon found discomfort in working there when she discovers that Barbara Jean is her boss, not Brock. Reba goes to Brock to quit, but then she discovers that the only reason BJ is slave driving her is because she wants a replacement so that she can leave. With that mindset, Reba decides that its time to get down to bossiness...

MISTAKES/GOOFS

PLOT: Reba needs a job and asks Brock if she can work for him, which she has never done before. However, in a previous episode, Reba has a flashback where Barbara Jean comes to give them a housewarming present. Brock asks Reba if she is sure that Barbara Jean is the right person to take Reba's place at the office.
