 Summary: When a partially decomposed body washes up in the Venice canals, Raines is faced with the difficulty of piecing his victim together. With help from his team, Raines identifies the victim as an illegal immigrant and discovers that he is somehow connected to Los Angeles City Councilman Aurelio Sanchez. Meanwhile, Captain Lewis notices that Raines is acting odd and requires him to see Dr. Kohl, a psychiatrist. |
