Patrick McGoohan ("Secret Agent", "The Prisoner") returned to series television with "Rafferty", after two memorable guest star performances on "Columbo". McGoohan played a retired army doctor who is adjusting to civilian life. Dr. Sid Rafferty was cantankerous, independent, idiosyncratic and a brilliant diagnostician.
