• Episode 12 - Goof (continuity error): At the beginning of the show, Grandpa Spencer and young Shawn are sitting on a bench at the beach. They have a baggie with bread in it, which is sitting on the bench. The bread switches from Shawn's left side to his right side.
• Episode 05 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): Shawn tells Gus that he wanted to be the Milwaukee Brewers' mascot, a giant sausage, when he grew up. • Episode 02 - Goof (continuity error): When Shawn and Gus are unlocking the garage door at the Professor's house, it is mid-afternoon to early-evening, clearly not close to dusk. Once they are in the garage, it is dark out.
• Episode 16 - Goof (errors made by characters, possibly deliberate errors by the filmmakers): While explaining how human eyes work, Shawn states that the cones are what allow us to see at night. This is incorrect - the cones are what allow us to see in color. The rods are responsible for night vision.
• Episode 07 - Goof (continuity error): In the scene where Shawn tries to prove his psychic abilities in his debut in the classroom, the number the student writes on the board changes from 6.022 to 6.002.
