MISTAKES/GOOFS

DATE: The final scene at the drive-in they were showing _W.C. Fields_' _It's a Gift (1934)_ (qv) in widescreen, but it was shot and should be projected 1.37:1.
CONT: When Shawn finds the pictures in the train cart, he lays them all over the floor in front of the red sliding door; when they pull Mary into the cart the pictures are no longer on the ground.
CONT: When Sean goes meets up with his date towards the end, she walks up to him with loose hair hanging down near her right eye in three separate shots. In the fourth shot, her loose hair has been neatly moved in with the rest of her hair without allowing any time to take this action. She can be seen from the back not straightening her hair.

TRIVIA

In the 3rd season finale the Yin Yang killer is played by Ally Sheedy. At the beginning of the episode Shawn refers to himself as Judd Nelson. Ally Sheedy and Judd Nelson were in Breakfast Club, The (1985) together in the 1980s.
25 minutes into the episode, the SWAT team is seen busting down the hotel door. In the background, you see the cleaning maid. Shawn later has a flashback of when Mr. Yang was watching him.
Shawn is back to using his iPhone in the Psych iPhone skin, where in the previous episode he was using his old flip phone.
James Roday is credited as co-writer for at least this one episode.
Shawn introduces Gus as "Sterling Cooper". Sterling Cooper is the name of the advertising firm from "Mad Men" (2007).
