Psych - 02x10 Gus' Dad May Have Killed an Old Guy

Summary: Christmas is closing in, but the holiday is shaping up to be anything but merry. While out Christmas caroling, Shawn and Gus discover the dead body of their old neighbor, Mr. Fuller. Though it appears to be suicide, Shawn conjectures murder. The police ultimately agree with Shawn, but all evidence points to Gus' father as the killer. Shawn and Gus set out to prove his innocence. Since Lassiter's recent separation from his wife has left him alone, Juliet invites him over to meet her family and share in some Scottish Christmas celebrations.

MISTAKES/GOOFS

CONT: Shawn and Gus sneak into old man Fuller's house to snoop through his attic. In the very next scene, both characters are wearing completely different outfits, even though the two had simply come down the stairs and walked across the street.
CHAR: The Scottish festival of Hogmanay is traditionally celebrated on New Year's Eve, not Christmas. The "first-footer" is actually the first visitor of the New Year, and he/she brings a gift of coal, and the food part of the gift is traditionally "Black Bun" (a form of pound cake).
